Rent.ph is a digital marketplace that connects property managers and owners with potential renters in the Philippines. We provide tools for listing properties, searching for rentals, and facilitating communication.

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly update your information to keep it current.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Property Listings

Property managers are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their listings. Rent.ph does not guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of any property listed. Renters are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before entering into any agreements.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agrees not to:

• Post fraudulent or misleading listings.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Violate any local, state, or international laws.
• Use automated systems (bots) to scrape data from the platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rent.ph platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rent.ph or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rent.ph facilitates connections but is not a party to any rental agreements or leases. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users, the condition of properties, or the failure of any party to fulfill their obligations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cebu City.
