Every successful rental on Rent.ph helps fund real outreach on the ground, from disaster relief missions in far-flung barangays to school supplies and Christmas for kids who need it most.
Teodoro M. Pesquira National High School · Bayongan, San Miguel, Bohol

When Rent.ph was founded in 2013, its promise went beyond the business of renting: every successful rental would help make one child happy. Thirteen years later, that promise is still the reason our team was standing in a schoolyard in San Miguel, Bohol, instead of behind a desk.
Hundreds of students at Teodoro M. Pesquira National High School spent the day on games, a shared meal, fresh school supplies, and a surprise visit from the Jollibee mascot. Volunteers made sure every child left with something in hand, not just a photo taken from a distance.
It's the same spirit behind "Back to School, Back to Dreams," the outreach our Team VIP Luzon volunteers ran at Gracel Christian College Foundation in Taguig just a few months earlier. Different province, same idea: a rental is never just a transaction, it's a chance to show up for a community.
"Rent.ph has become a community that empowers rent managers and supports their professional journeys."
May Antonette Leuterio · Managing Director, Rent.phToday, more than 6,000 trained rent managers carry that same promise into thousands of rentals nationwide, and a portion of every transaction still goes toward community initiatives like this one. Thirteen years in, the message hasn't changed: rent with purpose, rent with heart.
"More than Rentals, we care for people."
That line is stitched onto every relief banner our team carries into the field. It's the same idea behind our tagline, Your Rentals, Their Hope, a reminder that the simple act of renting a home can inspire meaningful, lasting change for those in need. With Rent.ph Cares, every rental becomes an opportunity to give back, whether that's supporting a family after a disaster, sending a child back to school, or just showing up for a community that needed to be seen.

Christmas parties and backpack drives in barangays where a simple gift bag and an afternoon of games can mean a great deal.

Some of the communities that need us most are the hardest to get to. Our team has pushed vehicles through mud and up mountain roads to make sure that isn't the reason help doesn't arrive.

No family goes home empty-handed. Every pack is labeled, counted, and handed over, not dropped off from a distance.
The barangay sits past where the paved road ends. When our vehicle lost its footing in the mud, it wasn't our team that got it moving again. It was the very community we'd come to reach, hands on the rope, pulling alongside us. Before a single relief pack was handed over, the help was already going both ways.

By the time we set up, the covered court was full: families who'd walked in from further up the mountain, kids weaving between the tables. Filipinohomes Cares and Rent.ph Cares ran this one side by side, under one banner: "More than homes, we care for people."

Balloons, dance-offs, and orange gift bags filled the barangay gym for a summer send-off with the kids of Barangay Luz, another stop on the same promise Rent.ph Cares carries everywhere it goes.
Nearly a hundred Rent.ph Cares volunteers filled the Tinago Barangay Hall grounds for a Christmas outreach complete with a visit from Santa and a gift for every child in line.
With greetings from Barangay Captain Irene C. Nadal and the local council, this outreach turned a covered court into an afternoon of games, a costumed clown, and gift bags for the neighborhood's kids.

"Thank you to our property owners and to our tenants."
List with us, rent with us, or just spread the word. You're already part of what gets us to the next barangay.
