Monthly rental fee:  30,000php a month

Deposit required: 30,000 pesos (2 months of month's rent.  At the end of rent, the deposit will be refunded less unsettled bills: electricity, water and cable bills and any damages -- excluding wear and tear) 

Advance rental payment fee required: 30,000 pesos (1 month of month's rent. This advance rent can be used as the rental payment for the final month)

Deposit and Advance rental payment fee must be paid to us before you moving in.

Note: Monthly condo dues, Electricity, and water bills are not included in the rent.

The smaller garden facing northeast will accommodate yoga, meditation, reading, and quiet conversations in an outdoor setting. (6:00 AM - 10:00 PM)

- Adjoining it is a Lounge with a wifi center and work station as well as a seating area for relaxation, receiving visitors or hobnobbing with neighbours. (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM)

- 24 hour security with CCTV on the lobby and lifts. Security keycard can only go to your floor and the common area on level 10.
