PHILIPPINES — Filinvest Land Inc. became the latest major developer to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Pag-IBIG Fund in support of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program. The signing ceremony was held at the DHSUD Central Office on September 15, 2026.
A Growing Coalition of Developer Partners
The partnership adds Filinvest Land to a rapidly expanding list of top developers supporting the administration's flagship housing initiative. Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene Acosta and Filinvest Land President Tristan Las Marias signed the agreement, with DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling witnessing the ceremony.
The MOU aims to provide wider homeownership options for more Filipino families. Under the partnership, qualified buyers can access preferential financing rates, special discounts, home furniture packages, and other incentives on select Filinvest Land units. These benefits remain subject to applicable terms and program guidelines.
Filinvest Land's entry comes barely a week after SM Development Corp. signed a similar partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund. In August, Ayala's Amaia and Avida also formalized their commitment. In February, Megawide Construction Corporation initially pledged 7,000 socialized housing units to the program.
