Fully furnished one bedroom unit condominium located in Guadalupe Cebu City walking distance  going malls, hospitals,schools and etc.

Monthly rental fee:  25,000php a month

Note:

1. Deposit required: 75,000 pesos (2 months of month's rent.  At the end of rent, the deposit will be refunded less unsettled bills: electricity, water and cable bills and any damages -- excluding wear and tear) 

2. Advance rental payment fee required: 25,000 pesos (1 month of month's rent. This advance rent can be used as the rental payment for the final month)

3. Deposit and Advance rental payment fee must be paid to us before you moving in.

4. Electricity, and water bills are not included in the rent.

- Fresh towels & toiletries are provided.

- Pocket Wifi is provided

- 4th floor is the amenities section where the infinity pool is located too.

- 24 hour security with CCTV on the lobby and lifts.
