Deca homes is a socialized lowcost housing.This will be their first project in General Santos City. The project called Deca Homes Gensan 1, it comprises the 18.82 out 67.53-hectare property complex acquired from SAFI Land - GSC Development Corp. It involves the construction of 1,271 units of house and lot. Unit sizes range from 80 to 150 square meters, but the project will also offer socialized housing units with the unit size of 40 square meters each. It will also have feature parks, playgrounds and other community facilities.
