We’ve all heard of upscale neighborhoods like Forbes Park, Dasmarinas Village, and Ayala Alabang. But which one is truly the most expensive? 

So, without further ado, here is a list of the country’s most expensive houses.

Philippines’ Most Expensive Subdivisions

Dasmarinas Village: owning a residential lot in Dasma will cost you P374,000 per square meter (sq. m.).

This means that if you acquire a 1,000 sq. ft. m. Be prepared to pay at least P374 million for a lot inside Dasmarinas Village! Take notice that this is only the cost of a lot – the house isn’t included!

Even though most of us are familiar with Forbes Park, it appears that it is no longer the most expensive residential village in the Philippines.

Yes, the lot price at Forbes Park has more than doubled in just five years, from P130,000 per sq. ft. to P230,000 per sq. ft. m. P280,000 per square meter (in 2012). m. (As of 2017). But, as of 2012, it had already lost the title of “most expensive subdivision” in the Philippines to Dasmarinas Village in Makati, making the latter the country’s most expensive residential area.

Kris Aquino, affectionately dubbed the “queen of the media” by her supporters, costs around P140 million.

Revillame has spent an additional P160 million on high-end and imported furniture for his residence. There is a sauna, a gym, and a music room in the house.

Joel Cruz created a name for himself by selling low-cost perfume. He bought a 2000-meter lot and built a house on it that he planned himself.
