I was a strict and detail-oriented manager. I trained my staff to work hard and to be initiative so we could get more sales. We are a team here, and I had to make sure that they always see me leading from the front. I'm thankful that during my 24th birthday, they gifted me a cake, and that was one of the best cakes I've ever tasted.
