I worked at the Department of Labor and Employment Region XI and retired last May 2023. Prior to this I had a short working stint at the DPWH and Bureau of Lands and became also a Project Engineer for a construction company. At DOLE I was the Regional Focal Person for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and as such I conducted OSH training and relevant laws on labor. Aside from that I also inspected establishments with regards their compliance on Labor Standards and issue violation notice when necessary. Because of the vast experience on the field, I was accredited by DOLE as an OSH Consultant. Currently, I am tapped as resource speaker and safety auditors by companies. I was also a former BOD/officer of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineer Davao City Chapter and a lifetime member and an associate member of the Structural Engineers Association of the Philippines.
