In addition to my customer-facing role, I also have almost 2 years of experience working in administration, where I handled tasks like scheduling, maintaining records, and supporting the day-to-day running of the office. These experience have helped me become very organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently under pressure. I enjoy finding solutions to problem, whether it's helping a customer or improving office processes, and I'm excited to bring my skills to this new opportunity.
