My professional journey started as an office secretary assistant during my on the job training, where I learned organization, scheduling and handling confidential documents. After that, I worked in the BPO Industry, where I gained experience in both non-voice and voice accounts- honing my ability to provide excellent customer service. And just recently, I enrolled in a Virtual assistant online course which covers data entry, lead generation, graphics design, canva and social media management. I am now a member of Filipino Homes.
